Sorry, bit of a vague request. Currently, you can't seem to subscribe to folders 
in Mail.app using Kolab (although this may be a Mail.app bug). In addition, you 
can't selectively access shared folders as the only way to do this is to set the 
prefix to "/" and then have the contents of all folder downloaded.

For large deployments with lots of shared folders, this isn't an option so another 
client or the web interface is necessary to use for accessing folders.
