New submission from Albrecht Dreß <albrecht.dress at lios-tech.com>:

Some Kontact version (e.g. the one coming with Ubuntu Jaunty; Kontact 1.4.2,
Korganiser 4.2.2) produce VCalendar invitations containing TZID's, e.g.

<snip>
DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Berlin:20090826T150000
DTEND;TZID=Europe/Berlin:20090826T153000
</snip>

Although this is perfectly allowed according to RFC 2445, Outlook apparently
sometimes mis-interprets these values. Therefore, it might be better to always
use the UT time stamps according to RFC 2445, Sect. 4.3.5, which are more robust.
