[Kolab-devel] [issue3856] IMP/DIMP folder navigator does not allow creating/deleting/... mail folders

The web client (imp, I did not check dimp) in Kolab Server 2.2.0 the Folder
Navigator offered Create/Rename/Delete/Empty
In 2.2.2's imp and dimp these 4 options are not available (the other 10 are).

While dimp offers a "New Folder" button in the side navigation bar to workaround
this problem, creating new mail folders in imp is impossible.

Should be fixed in 2.2 branch (and of course HEAD, if it is affected, too)
