[Kolab-devel] [issue3923] Save as of an attachment of an invitation doesn't work

observed with Kontact e35 20091010.1035632-kk5

Test:
1. A sends B an invitation with text attachment.
2. B syncs.
3. B tries to save the attachment with RMB->Save Link as...
=> a file dialog without preselected filename appears.
4. Enter a name and press save.
=> No file is saved.
