[Kolab-devel] [issue3508] text selection not movable by mouse in email body composer

In a new email when you are composing the main body text.
Select a section of text. Grab it with the mouse pointer and try to move it.
Expectation: The selected text should move.

This is a regression from e35 and proko2.
