Window behaviour of Kontact is undesirable sometimes if a message box comes up.
Some windows with emails will be put behind the main window.

How to reproduce
* Double click on an email to get the email view (A).
* Now use the forwaring button (to get a forward with attachment)
* on the appearing new composer window with the attachment (B),
  double click on the attachment to open it.

- There is an unexpected message, (this is not subject of this issue):
        Unable to edit attachment

        KMail is unable to detect when the choosen editor is closed. To avoid 
data loss, editing the attachment will be aborted.

Windows A and B are not behind the main window.
Expectation: They should stay above the main window even when
 such a message comes up.
