[Kolab-devel] [issue3343] Shared folders should use the mail attribute if available

If the sf LDAP object has a "mail" attribute, it should be used as mailbox name.

A patch is attached (against 2.2.0 but apply against HEAD).

Currently the shared folder name is constructed from the dn.
