Test (event):
1. Start to create a new event.
2. Click on "Edit..."
=> Now it is possible to add a recurrence.

Test (to-do):
1. Start to create a new to-do.
2. Click on the "Recurrence" Tab.
=> Now it is possible to add a recurrence.

The two ways are different. The to-do way is better in this case.
So please estimate to have a recurrence tab in the event case, too.
Wait on an okay, before implement.
