Test:
1. Start kontact and switch to the mail component.
2. Resize the "folder" column and the "size" column in the folder view.
3. Create a new mail subfolder of the inbox.
=> The column size of the "folder" and  the "size" column changes.
I expect, after the creation of a new folder, the column size should stay the same.
