Getting "Unknown System error", but the command line
  LANG=C gpgsm --with-validation --list-secret-keys
still lists three secret keys, but Kontact does not in the identity
        nor the selection dialog for the identify.

pyme.errors.GPGMEError: GPGME: End of file (7,16383)

Looks like a crypto backend problem. Even so I hopen a report here
to document the problem.
Next steps: report to g10code.
