An opaque signed and encrypted S/MIME which has not been decrypted 
and misses the smime-type=enveloped-data parameter 
looks like

Correct would be to not have the "signature" part.


This is related to kolab/issue2183 (Kontact shows misleading error messages if 
smime-type is missing in Content-Type header)
