Split out from kolab/issue2609 (minor visual problems with birthday events (and
maybe others)) which Bernhard renamed to kolab/issue2609 (Event text not using
full space):

Originally noticed with Kontact Version 1.2.9 (enterprise 20080321.788244),
still the same behavior with enterprise35 20090226.932370

Birthday events have a red background color in my (default?) configuration.
They are annotated with four icons:
calendar, bell, rotating arrows, crossed out pencil

The crossed out pencil isn't recognizable, because the red bar has the same
color as the background.

Bernhard suggested:
We could potentially make sure all the icons have a border that will set them
apart independently from the background color.
