[Kolab-devel] [issue3090] GMT-Time is not set correct for germany OL invitation

If there is a Vcal-Invitation from an Outlook Account and it is added to the
calendar the meeting time is wrong because of GMT.

In Germany is GMT+2hours the set time. In the Vcal is the GMT-zone described.
Why is this not considered before add the meeting to the calendar?
