When reading the freebusy list of a user whose CN entry contains utf-8 national
chars, Outlook 2002SP3 w/ the Toltec connector reproducibly displays an error
(see attached screenshot).  I sniffed the HTTP traffic with Wireshark, and the
content looks fine except that RFC 2616, Section 3.7.1 specifies that text/*
content without a charset parameter shall be interpreted as ISO-8859-1. 
However, even by adding the "charset=utf-8" parameter to the Apache config, the
error still occurs.
