[Kolab-devel] [issue3219] user templates do not work, if the email has an attachment

A global "user" template does not work,   
if the email as an attachment.   
   
Tested with   
Kontact Version 1.2.9 (enterprise35 20081027.876310)   
  
How to reproduce:  
* Have at least two emails ready, one with and one without attachment  
* Create your own template in Configure Kontact -> Email -> Composing  
  Tab "eigene Vorlagen" (personsl templates?)  
* Select one of the emails, use the menu to forward with personal template ->  
your template name  
Observation: Email with attachment does not have the template text. Email  
without attachment has. 
Expectation: Should work with both.
