Committed to kolab cvs.
It looks like, you're missing:
# Kolab web user interface
kolab_wui=/kolab(/admin)

Did you add an additional variable aliases_file?
aliases_file=${sysconfdir}/aliases
Is it used somewhere in kolab's file?

I did not talk about a particular bug.  We just keep the dist_conf file in 
kolab cvs, so it is easy for others to have a look at it.
