[Kolab-devel] [issue2956] Duplicate ToDo ( on creation of ToDo ) after (re)starting Kontact

built from svn.

1) Restart Kontact
2) Change to ToDo view
3) Create a new ToDo
4) Save the ToDo in the Kolab Resource.
5) Password dialog pops up.

Press cancel/escape or entering the correct password, in both cases, two ToDos 
are created. This will repeat until the correct password is entered, the next 
ToDo created after entering the password is created correctly.

Note : This can be reproduced only with Kolab resource, couldn't be reproduced 
with Local File resource.
