Test:
1. Activate "show only locally subscriped folder".
2. Locally subscript a subfolder of the inbox.
3. Locally unsubscript the inbox.
4. Send a mail to the test account.
5. Sync.
=> The mail is synced into the inbox. The inbox shouldn't be synced, because
it is locally unsubscriped
