[Kolab-devel] [issue2493] Moving "New mail" button on the "kmmainwin" toolbar doesn't work .

Test:
1. Switch to kmail.
2. Start to configure the toolbar "kmmainwin".
3. Move the "New mail" button under the "Mails save" button.
4. Press "ok".
=> Two new mail buttons are on the toolbar.
5. Switch to calendar and back to kmail.
=> The new mail button right of the save mail button is gone.

This seems to be a bug. After moving the new mail button under the save mail
button in the configuration, it should be displayed behind the save mail button,
not before.
And configuring the toolbar should not double the new mail button on the toolbar.
