Hm, don't know. While I assume that the Toltec solution is a clever
one I fear that it may be problematic when used in conjunction with
other IMAP clients.

Concerning the Horde side of things I'd suggest to contact the horde
list concerned with IMP. The people there might be able to provide you
with a solution for the problem.
