[Kolab-devel] [issue3285] Encodings in invitations missmatch with content-type

When adding an umlaut in the full name of the identity,
and invitation send out has the wrong encoding in the  text/calendar part.
As the From: is okay, I assume it is the encoding of this part
that is wrong.
