With this patch https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/msg16281 (issue1755), 
that makes it possible to use the @@@ conditionals in the ldap config files
too, it is now possible to remove the specific code that commented out the
the TLSCertificate lines in slapd.conf during booting.

Is it okay to commit the patch (existing of 2 files)?
