Kontact: 1.2.9 (enterprise 20080404.793539), German     
gpg2 --version    
gpg (GnuPG) 2.0.9    
     
when receiving an OpenPGP email (e.g. signed) and if you unfold    
the details on the signature information you see a note   
that "no audit log is available" or so (I tested the German version).   
   
We should make a difference between    
a) not available   
b) not implemented   
   
For OpenPGP the audit-log is not implemented in version 2.0.9,   
it might get implemented in the future.   
I suggest we do not display a string if there is no audit-log implemented.   
The two situations can be distinquished from the gpgme return values,  
not implemented is indicated.
