Test:
1. Start kleopatra.
2. Choose file -> New Key Pair.
3. Next,Next.
4. Enter the personal data with a "+" in the CN.
5. Next.
6. Enter ca.
7. Generate KeyPair...Next.Finish.
Notice the created mail doesn't contain a request. It has no attachment at all.
