[Kolab-devel] [issue2616] Fix standard resources with kiosk

With  kdepim_3.5.9.enterprise.0.20080307 or so,  
a user reports that it is not possible to fix the standard resources  
used by kiosk.  
  
The use case is to prevent users from accidently disabling the  
standard resources for groupware and then producing support  
requests.  
  
Envisioned use is that kiosk could be used to make sure 
at least one specific resource is in there, e.g. the Kolab / dimap 
resource and used as the standard resource. Users should be allowed 
to add and remove further resources.
