[Kolab-devel] [issue1981] Context menu entry "Paste" in kalender view

The context menu in the calender view should have an entry "paste".
And the entries "cut","copy" and "paste" should be part of the context menu, if
the user right-clicks on an empty field in the calender view.
"cut" and "copy" should be greyed out.
So it should be possible to use "copy","cut" and "paste" with the context menu
for events in the calender view.

Test: 
1. Switch to calender.
2. Create a new event.
3. Copy this event with the context menu.
4. Move to an emtpy field an paste the event.
5. Sync.
6. Delete both events and sync.
