If I configure some Kontact crypto parameters as immutable  
through kiosk, these parameters are not greyed out  
in the dialogs. Is this normal behaviour or can it be regarded a bug?  
  
In fact you can check a immutable=false flag and press OK.  
If you reenter the dialog it is unchecked.  
So, function is OK, but IMHO a bit confusing.  
  
A special variant of this issue is that those params coming  
from gpgconf (e.g. the whole "S/MIME" tab in the crypto config of KMail)  
are not greyed out either if configured immutable through  
/etc/gnupg/gpgconf.conf.
