Sorry about being unclear. I was referring to another Kolab client. If
one Kolab client sees a a folder-type of "kolab.fancy-type" what
should it assume about it?

I guess it should just consider it as normal mail. But the Kolab
client might also say: "Ah, this is something I don't know anything
about so I better hide it from the user since it might be something
important that another Kolab client needs to have."
