Hi,

shared and public are both very usable, but lack the description that there is 
no account responsible for the folder.

The first and second are both fine, the last one not (for me).  But they miss
the shared and public description ;)

thus:
accountless public folder
accountless shared folder
public folder without account
shared folder without account

I believe that today, I like the latter the most... ;)
