The user wants to resend a mail from the sent-mail folder, but in the mail edit
dialog the From field is not filled with the default identity address.

Test:
1. Switch to Kmail.
2. Select the sent-mails folder.
3. Select a mail
4. Open the mail edit dialog with the context menu entry "Send again".
Notice: The From field is not filled.

I can reproduce this bug with a new created user with German.
