[Kolab-devel] [issue2166] Rename "Create Task ..." to something that resembled "resubmission" or "reminder"

The menu item and tooltip for "Create Task ..." from an email  
should be renamed so that people understand it is   
about having a reminder or getting this item resubmitted.  
  
In German: "Aufgabe/Wiedervorlage erzeugen ..." 
in English maybe: "Create Task/Reminder ...". 
 
Rational: Feedback suggests that users do not understand 
that a task can work as a reminder.
