[Kolab-devel] [issue1738] Kontact escapes part of content type of text/calendar messages

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

Tested with kontact from enterprise branch rev. 662493.

When sending an invitation Kontact sends a message with the following content
type header:

Content-Type: text/calendar;
  =?utf-8?q?method=3Drequest;
  charset="us-ascii"

The method=request part is escaped even though it contains only ASCII
characters. In proko2 branch the header looks like this:

Content-Type: text/calendar;
  method=request;
  charset="utf-8"

This creates an interoperability problem with outlook (at least with OL 2003
SP2) in that the usual buttons for accepting or declining the invitation are not
shown and the user has to open an attachment to do that.
