[Kolab-devel] [issue1763] Kontact still believes imap quota is set after quota is removed

Tested with Kontact enterprise 20070604.671371.  

Starting situation: A Kolab account has a quota of 1MB and uses 42% of that
quota.  The threshold at which folders are highlighted in Kontact is set to 40%.
 After a sync, the folders of the account are highlighted and the properties
dialog shows that 42% of the quota are used.

Now, remove the quota setting for the account so that there is no limit anymore.
 After a sync, the properties dialog still shows the 1MB quota and that 42% are
used and the folders are still highlighted.  cyradm on the server, OTOH,
confirms that the quota has been removed.
