[Kolab-devel] [issue1829] autoconfiscation creates pseudo-binary kolab packages

Currently a kind of binary .tar.bz2 is generated, but due to being php it is not
really binary. But we should have a real source tarball/rpm.

This was visible in kolab/issue1797 (kolab-webadmin source package missing PO
files) where .mo files were put in the tarball contained in the .src.rpm
