spam_kill_level for a given recipient, a copy of the message may still
get quarantined (as well as passed). To prevent this additional
useless step it might be a good idea to set spam_kill_level to a high
level.

So, it would appear that even though a user is in the spam_lovers
list, this just means that a copy is passed, but yet another copy
quarantined. But given that the original user is the quarantine user,
the copies just accumulate until postfix detects the loop. I've added
the @spam_kill_level_maps line which includes a higher threshold for
my spam user.

So now just to wait and see if this works...
