New submission from Bernhard Reiter <bernhard at intevation.de>:

There is a chance to send unencrypted emails,
though you had encryption activated (this makes it critical).

Reproducable with Proko2 2.1.7 and
Kontact: 1.0 (proko2 branch after 2.1.10), debug=yes, Revision 704237.
Debian Sarge (ppc) with KDE: 3.3.2 Qt: 3.3.4

Ludwig: Can you test this on enterprise35 as well please?

To reproduce:
* Make sure that the setting "always encrypt to myself" in the
Kontact settings -> Mail -> security -> create messages (or so) is
deactivated. Also it is practical to have the option to show keys
  before encryption activated.
* Create a new email. Make sure encryption and S/MIME is selected.
* It is easiest to address it to yourself, though the recipient does not
matter.
* Now press send and you get the dialog which shows to which keys it will
be encrypted. Use "change" on the encryption key and select an _OpenPGP_
  key and okay both.
* Receive the email and see that it is in cleartext, in both in the email
send and the send-folder. (It should be cleartext in the send-folder when
  the corresponding option is selected.)

Expected behaviour:
* the unencrypted email should not go out unnoticed when I did select encrypt.

Observation: There is not gnupgwatch log after okaying the key, thus the defect
will most likely be within KMail.
