I want to try the new imapd-2.3.9 and compile it with the valid option

I found this in the 00INDEX.rdf

          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_group</resource>
          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_group_igncase</resource>
          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_ldap</resource>
          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_annotate</resource>
          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_atvdom</resource>

          <resource equ="yes">imapd::with_kolab</resource>

can someone confirm this is the good options for kolab integration.

Can someone give some tips on how to generate, update/edit this file (
00INDEX.rdf)
