[Kolab-devel] [issue1902] Accepted invitations show up in Calendar only after restarting kontact

Found when testing kdepim enterprise branch rev. 700060:

- User A creates a new Event and ivites User B
- B receives the invitation and accepts it.

-> The VCALENDAR reply with the acceptance is sent to User A but the Event does
not appear in B's calendar.  It doesn't appear in the Calendar Folder either.

Now, B quits Kontact and starts it again.  If B then opens the calendar view,
the new event suddenly appears!

This is urgent because it blocks the next enterprise release.
