I just commited the change to remove the link to the forum at eforum.de,
as I got no report from the user and the situation is not good.
I will see if I can lock the forum itself and add a hint.

If we want to have a new forum, we will need to find more help with it.
One possibility would be to use the forum of the gforge software
for the geforge that we run on wald.intevation.de

Do you think the current navigation is good enough to point people
with questions to the users list?
If not, how can we improve?
