I did send my patches upstream (http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=4263)
and hope that there is a chance they'll get integrated. But this
change is not a simple fix but modifies some structural aspects of how
shares are used with kolab. So I guess it is not too easy to integrate
my patchset into horde.
