Freebusy information is missing for resource accounts.

For testing purpose I created resource accounts with "always accept"
set.  They indeed accept any event immediately and a proper event
object is created in their calender folders, but in fb lists the
events don't show up.  (Neither in on line fbview nor in kontact)

Tested with Beta3 + fb cache path fixes from CVS.
