[Kolab-devel] [issue1169] "Default formatted name" ignored when adding from LDAP

When adding a contact from LDAP to KAddressBook, the name is added without
taking into account the "Default formatted name" setting:

- Settings -> KAddressBook -> Address Book -> Contact
- Set "Default formatted name" e.g. to "Reverse Name with Comma"
- Apply
- Start search for addresses in LDAP
- choose a contact and hit "Add Selected"
- The name of the newly added contact is shown in default "Firstname Lastname",
instead of "Reverse Nme with Comma".

This is with kontact-proko2.0.6 on SuSE 10.0
