[Kolab-devel] [issue1286] Annotation support for online imap

In contrast to dimap Kontact does not support annotations for online imap. This  
leads into several problem related to subscribing and unsubscribing  
groupwarefolders. See issue1260.  
 
It would be great to implement annotations support for online imap as well.
