[Kolab-devel] [issue1122] Domain masquerading needed only for single domain: make it configurable

masquerade_domains should be configurable from the web interface and disabled by default.

Most kolab users that have more than one domains and use it for a "internet mail server" is going to 
disable it manually.

Could we make it configurable from the webinterface as a parameters like
"Masquerade outgoing email with primary email domain: Yes/No" ?
