Martin, that was attached to the tracker as well.  I think that you did not 
see it.  BTW:  I wonder whether the current is still translatable...?  It 
might be needed to rephrase the line, and put the 2 urls perhaps in a list 
under the text.  That might make it easier to translate?

The current text is (urls in []):
No account is configured to receive mail for administrative addresses. If you 
have not yet created an account for this, [please do so] and then go [here] 
to set up forwarding of mail to administrative email addresses.

It is hard to come up with another text that is easy to translate.  (Easy to 
translate with respect to the location of urls).  The location of url breaks 
up the text and that makes it hard to translate I assume.
