[Kolab-devel] [issue1533] add "copy" and "select all" to the context menu of the message preview

In Kontact, the message preview lets the user select the text of the message. 
It would be nice of the context menu of the message preview had items to copy
the selected text and to select the entire text just as the context menu of the
text area in the composer has.
