When forwarding an email as a message/rfc822 attachment, kontact sometimes uses
base64 as the transfer encoding for that mime-part.  This does not conform to
the RFCs and outlook has problems decoding it.

This is a known KDE bug:

I added this to the kolab bug-tracker as well, because a customer ran into it.
