[Kolab-devel] [issue1227] Implicit start of kaddressbook while kde coming up?

This issue was splitted up from issue1206.   
   
Bernhard reported that he still gets an additional ressource for the  
kaddressbook when running kolabwizard. .kde is empty so there should not be any  
other ressource and the kolabressource created by kolabwizard should be the  
only ressource then.  
Regarding to msg7209 he assumes that there might be an implicit start of 
kaddressbook while kde is coming up.
