I think 3.4.x misses the personal distribution lists.
3.5 is more complete in this respect and coding for 4 is also in the way.

The problem really is the quality control and our ability to react to specific 
bugs and feature requests. It is a lot easier to just add a bug fix to 3.3 
proko2 branch then to have the customer go to KDE 3.4.
