Using toltec-2.0.5-de-kolabxml.exe with Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2814):

Outlook 2000 can't download free/busy information from Kolab server with
authentication and https. Apache logs don't even show a request for the list.
Putting the URL (with %NAME% and %SERVER% replaced) in an email body and
clicking on this link downloads the list without problems.
